Your consumer direct orders can be automatically processed through our warehouse logistics without any manual intervention. Safelink, a 24x7 state-of-the-art web-based system provides:

• Interactive processing and tracking of direct-to-consumer orders, hot shipments, returns and much more
• Automatic alerts regarding exceptions to deliveries
• Integration with virtually any eCommerce application and winery order management system
• Increased Wine Club Membership through participation in our ShipSmart Passport Program

Fulfillment and Packaging

We offer the following fulfillment and packaging services:

• Club and Daily pick/pack processing
• Special pick and pack requests, including releases, large corporate gifting and sampling programs
• Standard and customized inserts for Daily and Club processing
• All Club shipments chilled to 57 degrees prior to ship date

Warehousing and Storage

Our warehousing and storage solutions:

• Long term storage facilities equipped to offer immediate access to items for Club or Daily pick/pack/processing
• Personal wine vaults for storing important library wines and other precious vintages, which gives peace of mind while freeing up winery space

Additionally we offer a private on-site wine lounge for sharing and enjoying your wine with key customers and accounts.
